Throughput rates of over 400 CPM are achieved with a new parallel divert mode that minimizes gapping between packages — allowing higher throughput at lower speeds. Advanced shoe design and parallel diverting reduces the tendency of small and square packages to roll during sortation, and large packages are diverted more efficiently using a delayed parallel divert mode.

Dematic’s FlexSort SL Sorter uses the new, scalable RSFlex sortation control system designed for our entire line of linear sorters. RSFlex is a web-enabled controller featuring real-time tracking, gapping, and sortation control with advanced diagnostic and configuration functions. RSFlex is fully integrated with the Dematic IT platform so users access the sort control and configuration features through the same browser window that delivers WCS functionality and performance data.
